All orders are packed by me (Natasha) from my studio in the UK. :)
All packages are tracked and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or International Tracked.
I currently only ship to the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
I am unfortunately currently unable to ship to the EU. I hope to fix this soon!

I aim to ship your order out in 2-4 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped out.

Paper Diet will not be responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on your order and these fees are not included in the item’s price or shipping costs.
Once orders have been processed and packed, I unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
