Paper Diet ships worldwide from the Philippines. Packages are shipped via MyKartero (a third-party shipping aggregator) which uses various postal and courier services depending on the destination. All packages are tracked.

If your country is not listed in the shipping options available, kindly message me on Instagram or email me at hello@paperdiet.studio.

Kindly give us 3-5 business days to prepare your package for shipment and allow for COVID-related delays. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped out.

Once your order has been shipped out, your package will arrive a few days or weeks depending on your location:

  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 Business Days
  • Europe: 12-15 Business Days
  • North America: 15-20 Business Days
  • South America: 15-20 Business Days

Note: Above delivery times are only estimations and may be subject to delays.

Customers are responsible for any import/customs fees upon arrival. Please check your country’s customs office info to see what these fees may be. This process may also delay your order depending on your country's customs office.

Paper Diet will not be responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on your order and these fees are not included in the item’s price or shipping costs
