All orders are packed by me (Natasha) from my studio in the UK. :)

All packages are tracked and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or International Tracked.

Yes! I ship worldwide via Royal Mail. Kindly note that customers are responsible for any import/customs fees upon arrival.

I aim to ship your order out in 2-4 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped out.

Once your order has been shipped out, your package will arrive a few days or weeks depending on your location:

• UK: 2-3 Business Days
• Outside the UK: 5-20 Business Days

Note: Above delivery times are only estimations and may be subject to delays.

• Customers are responsible for any import/customs fees upon arrival. Please check your country’s customs office info to see what these fees may be. This process may also delay your order depending on your country's customs office.
• [FOR US CUSTOMERS] Duties are already prepaid and included in the shipping fee.

Paper Diet will not be responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on your order and these fees are not included in the item’s price or shipping costs (except for the US).

Once orders have been processed and packed, I unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellation requests.

For any issues with your order, kindly email me at hello@paperdiet.studio within 14 days of the delivery date. Please also attach photos with the issue so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.
